Itinerary for Saturday, March 15, 2008
| 1:30 PM | Rehearsal begins at MHS |
| 4:30 PM | Rehearsal ends, load floor and equipment Make-up and hair moms report at this time Bring a snack to eat |
| 5:30 PM | Floor crew report |
| 6:15 PM | Leave Milford |
| 7:00 PM | Arrive/check-in
Floor crew check in with guard
Unload floor and equipment |
| 7:50 PM | Report to designated area to relax/stretch with complete costume and equipment. |
| 8:18 PM | Move to warm-up |
| 8:42 PM | Perform!
Immediately after we perform, floor crew will need to load floor and equipment.
You are free to watch guards at this time. You CANNOT leave the building. |
| ~10:20 PM | Retreat
Two of you will need to volunteer to go out for retreat in full costume. |
| ~11:15 PM | Leave |
| ~12:00 AM | Arrive at Milford, EVERYONE unloads floor and equipment |
Reminders:
- Please remember all parts of your costume, including: make-up, fake eyelashes, FLIP FLOPS, jacket and black pants.
- Bring money for food.
- Do not bring anything valuable... you will be leaving your stuff in the hallways of the host school.
- Invite your family and friends. We need a HUGE cheering section!
- Remember you are representing your band and community at all times. Please behave appropriately.
Notes:
- $7 adults, $5 seniors and children under 12.
- NO video taping! NO flash photography!

Directions to Ryle High School [Google Maps View]
- I-275 to KY
- I-75 south to Exit 180 (Florence, Union Exit).
- Go west on US 42 to Union. You will pass a Kroger store on your left.
- Go through Union to the traffic light and turn right onto Double Eagle Drive.
- Go to the stop sign, turn left, and you will see Ryle High School on your left.
