Itinerary for Sunday, February 17, 2008

8:00 AMRehearsal begins at MHS
10:00 AMRehearsal ends, load floor and equipment Floor crew/parents report at this time Bring a snack to eat
11:30 AMLeave Milford
12:45 PMArrive/check-in
Floor crew check in with guard
Unload floor and equipment
1:20 PMReport to designated area to relax/stretch with complete costume and equipment.
1:46 PMMove to warm-up
2:12 PMPerform!
Immediately after we perform, floor crew will need to load floor and equipment.
You are free to watch guards at this time. You CANNOT leave the building.
~4:05 PMRetreat
Two of you will need to volunteer to go out for retreat in full costume.
~5:00 PMLeave
~6:00 PMArrive at Milford, EVERYONE unloads floor and equipment

Reminders:

  • Please remember all parts of your costume, including: make-up, fake eyelashes, FLIP FLOPS, jacket and black pants.
  • Bring money for food.
  • Do not bring anything valuable... you will be leaving your stuff in the hallways of the host school.
  • Invite your family and friends. We need a HUGE cheering section!
  • Remember you are representing your band and community at all times. Please behave appropriately.

  • $8 adults, $6 seniors, $7 students.
  • NO video taping! NO flash photography!

  • I-75 N toward Dayton.
  • Take exit 43 to merge onto I-675 N toward Columbus.
  • Take exit 4B for OH-48 N toward Kettering. Merge onto Far Hills Ave/OH-48.
  • Turn right at Shroyer Rd. HS is at 3301 Shroyer Rd.
