Itinerary for Saturday, February 16, 2008

8:00 AMRehearsal begins at MHS
12:00 PMRehearsal ends, load floor and equipment Floor crew/parents report at this time Bring a snack to eat
1:00 PMLeave Milford
1:45 PMArrive/check-in
Floor crew check in with guard
Unload floor and equipment
3:45 PMReport to designated area to relax/stretch with complete costume and equipment.
4:15 PMMove to warm-up
4:47 PMPerform!
~6:23 PMRetreat
~7:30 PMLeave
~8:15 PMArrive at Milford

Reminders:

  • Please remember all parts of your costume, including: make-up, fake eyelashes, FLIP FLOPS, jacket and black pants.
  • Bring money for food.
  • Do not bring anything valuable... you will be leaving your stuff in the hallways of the host school.
  • Invite your family and friends. We need a HUGE cheering section!
  • Remember you are representing your band and community at all times. Please behave appropriately.

Notes:

  • $7 adults, $5 seniors and children under 12. Show starts at 12 PM.
  • NO video taping! NO flash photography!

  • I-275 South/West.
  • Hebron/Rt. 237 South exit.
  • Go through 3 traffic lights. Just past the 3rd light turn left onto Cougar Path.
  • At stop sign go straight ahead, past the Junior. High and follow signs for parking.
