Depart MHS for Harrison HS

Arrive at HHS, unload and go to homeroom

Move to warm-up room

Move to stage

Performance time!
6:00 PM
Move to sight reading room and sight read (Duh) After Sight Reading, return to homeroom, put instruments away and load your instruments in trailer

Depart Harrison High School
7:45 PM
Approximate arrival time at MHS, change clothes
8:00 PM
Have parents ready to pick you up at MHS!
Parents, friends, relatives, fans- please attend! Admission is free!
Directions to Harrison High School are included. We will perform in the auditorium!!!
Bring a snack to eat before we depart, it will be a long night
Concert attire will be worn for this event. Ladies: you supply black dress shoes and black hose! Men: you supply white tux shirt, black socks and black dress shoes
Students are expected to be on their BEST behavior and cooperate with chaperones at all times.
Students are encouraged to ride home with a parent, however, a note must be brought in to Mr. Brown
prior to departure. Students will not be permitted to ride with another student’s parents without a note from both families. Students must check in with the head chaperone before departing with their ride.
Please call Mrs. Wandstrat at 965-0378 if you are able to be a Chaperone.

OMEA rules stipulate:
The sight reading areas are off limits to the public.
There is to be absolutely no photography or videotaping of any sort.
Violations of any of these rules may result in a disqualification of the entire ensemble.
