    NOTES:

    • Students should eat something before reporting to school as we will not be stopping for food until we reach Miami University at approximately 11:30pm. You may want to bring snacks on the bus. Please remember to keep the bus clean!
    • Students should bring money for whatever souvenirs they wish to purchase. Use proper judgment regarding the amount of money that you bring with you on the trip. Whatever money and/or personal belongings each student brings is their sole responsibility.
    • Wind instrument players and percussionists need to remember to bring their black socks and shoes (guard- remember your appropriate attire).
    • We will be changing on the buses- WEAR BLACK!!!
    • Wear "Queen" t-shirt or band jackets when not in uniform. No variations, please!
    • You must be with a chaperone at all times.
    • Stay in groups at all times - NO LONERS!
    • No video or audio recording equipment will be permitted in the dome. Professional videos will be available for purchase on-site.
    • Remember that you are representing your school and community at all times. Behave appropriately!
    • Invite your parents and friends to the contest- WE NEED A BIG CHEERING SECTION!
    • Ticket prices/parking: please consult the BOA website at www.bands.org
    • Plan A-Plan B information: following the announcement of finalist bands, the MBB webmaster and president will be contacted to inform families through 1)e-mail/website update, and 2) activation of the phone chain

    • Take I-275 to State Route 27 north
    • Continue north on State Route 27 (turns into Patterson Ave.)
    • From Patterson Ave. turn Left on High Street
    • Turn Right on Tallawanda St.
    • Turn Left on Sycamore St.
    • Turn Right on Bishop St. and proceed to Millett Stadium Lot Spectator Entrance on the Left
