THESE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE OVER 75 RETAILERS THAT PARTICIPATE IN OUR SCRIP GIFT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM.

 

THE NO-PAIN FUND RAISER!  HERE IS HOW IT WORKS --

 

·        YOU PICK WHICH STORES YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHOP AT (listed on the order form).

·        YOU PURCHASE THE GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM THE BOOSTERS BEFORE GOING SHOPPING BY USING THIS FORM (WE PURCHASE ONCE A MONTH BY ORDER ONLY).

·        YOU PAY ONLY THE FACE VALUE OF CERTIFICATES PURCHASED – FOR EXAMPLE YOU PAY $10 FOR A $10 CERTIFICATE AT APPLEBEES. 

·        THE STORES WILL MAKE A SPECIFIED DONATION TO THE BOOSTERS FOR SPONSORING THE CERTIFICATE SALES.

·        AS PART OF THE FAIRSHARE PROGRAM 100% OF THESE RETAILER DONATIONS ARE USED TO LOWER YOUR BAND FEES BY APPLYING THEM AGAINST YOUR STUDENTS BAND AND/OR GUARD FEES.  YOU CAN ACCUMULATE CREDITS IN THIS ACCOUNT BEGINNING IN 6TH GRADE!

 

Use the order form on the back to place your order. 

 

You can mail them to us or drop them off (the address is on the order form).  Just make sure you turn in your order forms on or before the due date (shown on the order form in the header and the footer) to make this month’s order.

 

Pickup will be at the Band Booster Meeting.  If you cannot make it to the meeting to pick up, call us to arrange another pickup time.

 

 

Please note that credits in student accounts that are not used to pay designated band and guard fees cannot be refunded as they are actually earned by the Band Boosters.  Credits may be transferred to another student’s account and carried forward to pay future band and guard fees by written notice to either a Booster board member or the Scrip program representatives.

ORDERS ARE DONE ONCE PER MONTH AND ARE NORMALLY AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT THE BOOSTER MEETING.
