The time for the spring mulch sale has arrived. We have kept our prices the same for this year! Remember that we will not be in line with the prices you can get at the corner gas station, but we are also selling mulch of a higher quality than can be found at the corner gas station.

The cost of the mulch is $4.00 for the double shredded mulch and $4.50 for the triple shredded and premium cypress (we are not selling pine nuggets this year).

Fair share amount: $1.00 per bag will be earned by those who help with delivery for a minimum of 4 hours. Those unable to help deliver on 4/24 will earn $.50 per bag for your sales effort. This help can be a parent as well.

We are in need of parents with trucks and trailers to help deliver the mulch. Please give me a call at 248-9568 if you are able to help out with delivery.

Shifts to work… 9am – 1 pm, 10:00 am – 2:20 pm, or 11 am – 3 pm…
The times for helping will be given first come, first served. Please contact me ASAP at 248-9568 to sign up. Please understand it is imperative that we have enough help all day, for this reason we will not be able to have the majority of the people sign up for the same time frames. This fundraiser is an amazing opportunity to earn fair share money—band members sold over 2,800 bags of mulch last year—but it cannot work without everyone’s help on delivery day.

Please also remember that if you or your customers choose delivery but have less than 25 bags of mulch there is a $20 delivery fee.

Those who help out on delivery day don’t have to pay delivery regardless of the number of bags sold.

If you sell 25 bags of mulch to your neighbors, we will deliver all 25 bags to your house for free and you will distribute them to your neighbors….These orders should be tallied on one form…you keep the others to deliver!!!

MULCH PICK UP / DELIVERY DATE: April 24, 2010 from 9AM to 5PM.

PICK UP LOCATION: MayanSun on 131 across from the high school.
