Kroger Community Rewards
Begining May 1, 2012, the Kroger Company is introducing a new fundraising program called
'Kroger Community Rewards'. Kroger will donate a percentage of sales to the Milford Band
Boostes based on usage of Kroger Plus cards that are registered and linked to our organization.
Just swipe your Kroger plus card each time you shop and the Milford Band Boosters will benefit.
Below are instructions on how to register your plus card. Please pass this information on to
any friends/family who have a plus card. We benefit from every card that is linked to our
organization.
Please keep in mind that Kroger Plus cards need to be registered/linked on a yearly basis to
continue with the program.
Thank you for your continued support of the Milford Band Boosters and our efforts to support
all the band programs at Milford. We appreciate all you do in supporting our cause.

KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS - REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
IF YOUR PLUS CARD IS ALREADY REGISTERED ON-LINE (if you do electronic downloadable coupons, it is):
- Go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com
- Click on "Cincinnati, OH"
- Scroll down to "participant" and click on "Enroll"
- Type in your e-mail and password and sign in.
- Type in Milford Band Boosters or our Organization number, which is 80078
- Click the circle in step 2 next to our name.
- Click "save your selections" in step 3. Your registration is complete. You should see "Milford
Band Boosters" listed on your information page. Milford Band Boosters will be listed at the bottom
of your Kroger receipts. Registration may take up to 5 days to be completed and updated by Kroger.
IF YOUR PLUS CARD IS NOT REGISTERED ON-LINE
- Go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com
- Click on "Cincinnati, OH"
- Scroll down to "participant" and click on "Enroll
- Go to the "New to Kroger" section and click on "Get Started"
- Enter your e-mail address and create a password. Click save and continue.
- Type in your zip code and select a store. Note: You are not restricted to shopping this store
only. Click save and continue.
- Click on "yes I have a Kroger plus card" and fill out the required information
- Click on save and continue. Choose your options on the next page. Click continue.
- Click the box "I agree to Terms and Conditions". Click 'Complete Registration"
- You will receive an e-mail to complete your card registration.
- After you complete your registration, you can follow the steps above.
IF YOU USE AN ALTERNATE ID:
- Call 800-576-4377 and select option 4 to get your Kroger Plus card number associated with your alternate ID.
- Follow instructions above to register your card.
