Fair Share Program - Credits
GUIDELINES TO USE CREDITS TOWARDS PRIVATE LESSON FEES
- All credit requests must be submitted to the private lesson instructor from the parent using the request slip posted on the website. Credit requests submitted via email will not be honored.
- One request per student per month is allowed.
- A credit request slip must be used for each request. "Standing requests" will not be honored (a parent requesting a certain amount to be used every month.)
- The private lesson instructor will submit the requests to the Treasurer with their student checks for reimbursement.
- The parents are responsible for ensuring their student's account has sufficient funds to cover the request by viewing their monthly band statements. (Due to the number of students in band, please do not email the Treasurer to verify your balance. Statements are emailed the last week of every month.) If there are not sufficient funds to cover the request, no payment will be made to the instructor on behalf of the student. The family will be responsible for paying the entire amount in full to the instructor.
- The student's entire outstanding bill must be paid in full before any credits can be used for private lessons.
