Private Lessons
If your child is taking private lessons from someone at school, this policy must be followed. When paying for the lessons, ALL checks MUST be made out to the Milford Band Boosters, not to the teacher. Please try to avoid paying in cash if at all possible. If you need to pay in cash, please do not give it to the teacher, contact the treasurer. When the treasurer receives an invoice from a teacher, (and your checks), a check is mailed to the teacher. You may also pay for private lessons using your Fair Share account. It is your responsibility to be sure you have enough credit in your child's account to cover the cost of the lessons. If you do not have enough, you will be billed for the amount. Please use this form to pay with Fair Share. Please contact the treasurer if you need to know the balance in your account.
