TREASURER’S REPORT:   Patti thanks the committee of Peggy Smith and Cathy Howes for organizing all of the Band Camp food.  They came in under budget for expenses.  The financial statement was approved and filed for report.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT:  Jill Waeber thanks everyone who made Band Camp such a great experience for all.  This is just the beginning of an exciting year.  Everyone was well fed and taken care of during band camp and the pool party, complete with a DJ and karaoke was a huge success.  It was exciting seeing the football team and coach at the Parent Performance on Parent Night.  Jill personally encourages you to cheer on the football team.  There are still many outstanding accounts which need to be taken care of quickly.  We are also encouraged to support Biz Goldman’s fancy coffee cart at our home games.  She will be donating part of her sales to the Band Boosters.

DIRECTOR’S REPORTS:
