TREASURER’S REPORT: Approved and filed for audit.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT: Mr. Frye will be at the February Band Booster meeting. Congratulations to those who participated in the District XIV and Land of Grant Honor Bands. Milford High School was very well represented. The Junior High and High School Holiday Concerts were standing room only!! We must congratulate our Rose Bowl Reps! The Winter Season is in full swing and the Milford Tri Circuit Show is scheduled for March 5th and 6th. We have a very talented group of students and staff with a fabulous supporting Booster Organization.
DIRECTORS’ REPORT: Mr. Brown showed a drawing of the preliminary sketches of the new marching uniform. Mr. Brown helped to design the new look for this uniform. Looks great and easy to clean!! Presentation of the new uniform. Fred J. Miller the representative from the company. The uniform is very inexpensive; $250.00. Everything is machine washable. Very pleased with the service of this company. The description is black with charcoal shoulders and burgundy sash. Sample will be here in two weeks.
BOA: $2,600 for next year has been paid for fees. BOA Bond fee is a $1,300 requirement.
COLOR GUARD: A two day show is planned. There will be 45 units performing on Saturday and Sunday there will be 13 units performing. There are many sign up sheets for all interested in helping at this event. Doors open at 10am. All Tri State Circuit shows start at noon. TriStateCircut.com is the web site. Keep your eye on the e-mails. Calls need to be made. Please contact Lana to volunteer. Ads will be sold for the program book. Any one that would like to solicit; a list of previous business contacts is available from Biz. Only Pepsi products can be sold on school premises. So make sure all your donations are Pepsi products. Thank you!
WAYS AND MEANS: Tim Paulus- Tag Day is scheduled for March 12th. This will be a general fund fund raiser. There will be a mandatory campaign house to house to ask for money to support Milford High School Band. Tim will be meeting with the Musical Director at Sycamore and have more information after that meeting. Are there any willing parents to drive students through various neighborhoods? Would like to give a seat cushion, cups, and clappers as a thank you. Need to map out Milford School District. Can someone volunteer for publicity? Tim will prepare an article and send it off to Jeannie. There was a discussion of those parents who may have an opposition to door to door. When Jamie spoke with …? He stated the Community has grown to accept this type of solicitation and is generally met with a positive attitude. Mr. Brown thought it would be nice if there was food when the kids get back.
Mulch Sale DATE is scheduled for April 23rd. More information and flyers will be forth coming.
April 9th Biggs fund raiser.
The Disney final payment is due February 26th $194.00. A small increase and a bill should be forth coming.
Winter Guard and Drumline are selling small stuffed Eagles.
Dominos is offering something. Will anyone be interested in chairing this fund raiser?

HOSPITALITY: March 3rd Concert - Patti will collect money at the door.
Buy it in Milford Book for $22.00. There is a choice of three. Jill will be in charge and an e-mail will be coming out.

CONCERT UNIFORMS: The new black crushed velvet tunic was modeled for us. Roseanna has put in many hours putting together several styles. Any talented seamstresses who are able to lend a hand please contact Roseanna (ortlepp@fuse.net). Thank you.
CHAPERONES: No report
EQUIPMENT: Good shape. Busier than Marching season with Drumline, Winter Guard, etc.
If you have a child it would be real nice if you could help carry the equipment and tarp on and off. If you could assist it would be greatly appreciated.
DELEGATE AT LARGE: December 16th 7:00 Board Meeting. Please come!!!! Milford Marching Band will be recognized. It is good to have support from the Band Booster Members.
SENIOR COMMITTEE: No Report
Fair Share Program will be reviewed. Steve is organizing and tweaking the program.

Performance of the Winter Guard Competition is Feb 5th 10:30am in the Millennium Hotel Grand Ballroom. The performance is open to the public, and admission is free.
