Our Christmas Concert is Wednesday December 8th at 7:00pm. Concert and Symphonic Bands will need eight chaperones to sit up with kids during the performance. A brief concert will be presented. Each Band will perform three pieces.
Composite pictures will be taken by Keith Kieser right after the performance. Beginning of the year parents are in charge of getting this together. An easy little job. Sign up sheets; 15 minute time slots; instruments; organize sign up. Great time to fit girls for their uniforms Rosanna and Jamie will take charge.

BOA: The good, the bad, and the ugly! Transportation issues, chain of command, really good notes taken, communication a big issue!!!! Back up plan, first time we stayed downtown. We made semi finals the last time this occurred was five years prior. Over all we had a great event.
Color Guard: Lana Wullenweber will have a plan together by the January meeting. Winter Guard and Drumline Contest March 5 and 6th we need volunteers! We will oversee the event but we need to recruit many volunteers. Baskets are a great item! We are looking for ideas or maybe you may want to chair a committee. Pride of Cincy will be here and they are amazing!!! Gourmet coffee is also lined up.
Ways and Means: Tim Paulus- We have not received new itinerary. New Horizons will take new people up to 60 days before the trip. Next payment is due December 10th to Patty; please make out check to New Horizons.
Cathy Evans booth finished in the black. She worked every game and had a lot of fun; will do it again next year. Candy sale went well short and sweet.
Pamper chef should be ready next Thursday. Will have credits from her next week and credits will be posted
Fruit sale. NCE has opened their facility for pick up. The delivery truck will arrive Friday night the 11th of December. There is a sign up sheet for adults and kids to volunteer.
Thoughts of change regarding the Fair Share Program. Should it be fair share or general fund? There may not have been the incentive …not knowing ahead of time?? Steve Howes needs to be amending the program and come up with an even percentage across the board. There is no money to pay clinician and such…from the general fund. Families need to be aware ahead of time where the funds will go as reflected to general or kids account. This is not perfect but we need to come up with a total $$...big discussion! It was decided to table the discussion and put a subcommittee together. Steve Howes will chair the committee. Patty Holshouser, Joe Weber, and Marla Hejma volunteered to be on the committee.
Tag Day is March 12th. This will be a general fund fund raiser. There will be a mandatory campaign house to house to ask for money to support Milford High School Band.
April 9th Biggs fund raiser.
Script has brought in $17,900. $2,300 credits in the banders accounts. Really great month!!!!
